The Council on Substance Abuse Prevention serves as an advisory team that is responsible for the development of the national strategic framework for prevention services.
We at the Republic of Palau's Council On Substance Abuse Prevention, believe that in order to promote healthy lifestyles, solve problems of human relations, and provide meaningful opportunities for involvement, we need the active Cooperation Of Services And People in our communities.
Our Vision is to have a nation of people living a healthy and happy life; free from alcohol, tobacco and other drugs.
